FMCG EXPORT SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a wide range of beauty product portfolio in export sales. Duties will include:

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies and sales targets in assigned European/Asian markets: beauty chains, pharmacies, and other retail stores
  • Achieving sales results by actively initiating, developing, and maintaining business relationships, negotiating contracts and promotional activities in assigned markets
  • Analyzing and monitoring the European/Asian markets in order to take initiatives and identify possible opportunities
  • Actively make sales connections, participate in fairs and seek new contacts to develop sales of BIOK brands and Private Labels 
  • Contribution to margin growth in line with category management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimal 2 years of successful experience in export sales (ideally in FMCG sector working with retail chains and private label)
  • Strong sales skills and proactivity
  • Excellence in interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation and problems solving
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Being hungry for results
